After birthing a baby, it is tough to feel like you have your body to yourself again, almost impossible right? It doesn’t have to be. If you could come up with a way to incorporate a healthy yoga routine into your day with baby at home, and get answers to some of your post-baby-body questions, wouldn’t you? “Damn, are my abs ever going to be pre-baby worthy again?” “I wish I had done my kegels, and what’s the realistic timeline to achieve my goal weight?” So much has changed, can I have my body back please? These are all issues that will be covered in Modern Mama’s new series ‘I Want My Body Back – the Post-Baby Plan’.
It was meant to be when Linda Crawford, owner and founder of Pure Potential Fitness, and I met in early April. Linda is a fitness guru, yoga instructor and life coach and owns the beautiful Pure Potential studio (10157 122 Street). We got together and came up with the post-baby plan. I’m so happy to be partnering with her for this never-before-done series for new moms. There will be time for chatting and getting to know your fellow modern mamas at the class.
Like all Modern Mama events and series, nannies are included. This series is specifically for mamas of babies under 10 months old. This is not a fitness class. It is a new mama learning, and individualized planning/goal-setting series to suit your body.
